The EU Regulations 2088/2019 (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation or Disclosure Regulation or SFDR) and 852/2020 (Taxonomy Green) require financial operators to disclose adoption of responsible investment policies and models for assessing the sustainability impacts of the portfolios.
