Engagement Policy

FSI has adopted its own Engagement Policy pursuant to Article 124-quinquies, paragraph 1, of the TUF, in implementation of Directive (EU) 2017/828 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017 on encouraging the long-term engagement of shareholders (so-called “SHRD II Directive”).
