Aldo Magnini
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Aldo Giuseppe Magnini has more than 30 years of experience within the CDMO sector.
Between 1990 and 2002 he worked for several companies in the Generic Drugs and Contract Manufacturing field, such as Alfa-Wasserman, Italfarmaco, Solchem and Profarmaco, before joining Clariant Italia as Managing Director.
In 2005 he joined Cambrex Profarmaco Milano – part of the US Cambrex Group – as Director General, a role he fulfilled until 2014, when he was named CEO of the company and President of the US Generic Drugs Business Unit.
He is now President of Cambrex Profarmaco Milano.
EDUCATION
Fluent in English and French, Aldo Magnini holds a BA in Chemistry from the University of Milan and is currently specialising in Chemical Engineering. In addition, he has attended several university courses on Marketing, Finance & Administration and Communication.
